2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The collected personal information is utilized for the performance of contracts related to service provision, fee settlement, and necessary communication regarding vehicle dispatch.
3. Deemed Consent for Proxy Booking
When a proxy, such as a foreign host or agent, provides the passenger's information to the company, it is deemed that the person making the reservation has obtained lawful consent from the passenger in advance to provide their personal information.
4. Provision to Third Parties and Consignment
To ensure seamless pickup services, the company securely provides strictly limited information—such as the passenger's name and flight number—to the assigned driver responsible for the actual dispatch.
