Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions and procedures of use, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for the services provided by HOHO Mobility (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
1. These terms are effective for all customers who wish to use the service.
2. The Company may modify these terms when deemed necessary, and the modified terms will take effect upon being posted on the website.
Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend services due to operational or technical issues and reserves the right to modify the content of the services.
Article 4 (Formation of Contract)
The service contract is established when the customer completes the payment based on the quote and scope of work provided by the Company after a service request and consultation.
Article 5 (Exemption Clause)
1. The Company shall be exempt from liability if it cannot provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, or control by relevant authorities.
2. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from delayed airport arrivals or missed flights caused by unforeseen severe traffic congestion (e.g., holidays, rush hours, accidents), provided there is no intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
These Terms of Service shall be effective from January 1, 2026.
